California and New York City are already experiencing a mass exodus of big business and their tax base. States that value freedom will be getting those new people and that new tax base.

In time the Blue states will turn into hellholes, while the Red States will look across those borders and shake their heads.

Any state or city that votes for a Muslim or a Communist gets what they deserve.

New York is about to lose more than they know. If the NYSE ups and leaves, then they are truly gone.

In LA, it's not about turning fire-devastated property into low-income (versus high-income) housing. It's about public housing versus private. The State will ultimately take ownership of this property, as it will place the same bureaucratic obstacles in the way of any private entity seeking to redevelop this property (even as low-income housing) as it has the current owners. And did we forget about the suspicious circumstances under which this fire started?

Is this a new formula to force State ownership of private property (create a disaster that annihilates a desired area; make it impossible for private entities to redevelop it; take control of it)? A superhighway to Communism!
