The Snake Eats Itself

Has anyone else noticed that climate change is no longer an issue? We have been told for years that climate change was an existential threat to humanity, that the world was coming to an end because of it, and we needed to spend trillions of dollars on green energy or human life on this planet would cease to exist. For years, I argued against this. I argued that the globalists, the powerful elite, the authoritarians were using climate change to scare us in order to control us. If they controlled energy, they would control the means of production, and if they controlled the means of production, they would control the people. It’s pretty straightforward. That was their plan.

Nobody is scaring us about global warming and the dangers of fossil fuels anymore. In fact, climate activist Greta Thunberg has chosen to protest about Gaza and the Palestinians, instead of lecturing us about climate change. The UN has walked back its doomsday climate change models. Why? Did we fix the problem? No. Climate change suddenly is no longer an issue. In fact, the people who used to scream at us about fossil fuels are the ones complaining the loudest about the rise of gas prices. Climate change was a hoax, and everybody knows it. It was never about saving the planet; it was always about controlling the people.

The reason why they no longer harp on climate change is that they have discovered a new and more efficient way of controlling us – AI. It is not just mining data and spying on us where AI controls the people; it is also through algorithms dictating content, psychological manipulation, and cognitive dependency. The problem is that AI data centers consume more energy than any other entity on Earth. They are the reason why coal fire power plants are being built all around the world in record numbers. These centers will be producing more greenhouse gases than the rest of the world combined. So, everyone has stopped caring about climate change because with the rise of AI, they no longer need it to control the population.

The joke is that now Al Gore who won the Nobel Prize and an Academy Award, and made hundreds of millions of dollars by scaring us that the world was getting too hot, is warning us that the world is getting too cold, because it has to be getting colder for the globalists’ agenda to move forward. If we were still scared of climate change, not one AI data center would be allowed to be built. Because they need to burn fossil fuels at record levels for AI to maintain its control over the people, now the climate lie must go in the opposite direction.

These centers are popping up everywhere. In Coweta Country, Georgia, the government is using eminent domain to seize people’s land and their homes to make room for an AI data center. In Saline, Michigan, the government has seized 250 acres of farmland in order to build a massive AI data center, after the residents voted against building it in their community. Mark Zuckerberg’s data center in New Mexico has drained parts of the Rio Grande river. The facility drinks up 75 million gallons of water every year.

It’s all about control. It was never about saving the planet. AI has the power to control everyone’s life, so it doesn’t matter to the global elite that we have to double our carbon output to support it. We must reject this. But we never will because humans always take the easy way out. Let AI write our papers, do our research, perform our jobs because we are lazy. Turn our thinking over to AI and soon enough we will turn our autonomy over to AI. When they build self-driving cars that are safer than human drivers, we will all vote to ban human drivers. Think about that. We will voluntarily give up our autonomy, our control, for safety. Yet, these companies continue to build AI knowing that not only will it eventually throw most of us into poverty, AI might very well kill us all.

At a recent AI conference, Andrew Yang came away frightened. He said, “what we will see in the next six months, outstrips what we have seen in the last ten years because the rate of change is on a hockey stick and heading up… And if that continues, it is going to eat a lot of the tech budgets from corporations that used to go to humans. And so, you are seeing that the employment of recent computer science graduates fall off the cliff… we are going to automate away about 50% of white-collar jobs.” It is projected that eventually AI and robotics will take the jobs of 90% of the work force.

In response to this massive future unemployment, tech oligarchs like Elon Musk are proposing UBI - universal basic income. But UBI will not be replacing your current income. UBI will be strictly for the necessities of life. Essentially, AI will be throwing 300 million people in this country onto welfare. And since UBI comes from the government, it will also be used to control people. Do what the government tells you, say only what the government approves of, or your UBI will be cut.

What many of these tech oligarchs who are engaged in this AI arms race fail to realize is that the reason why many of their companies are so wealthy and bring in so much revenue is not their product, it is the consumer. America is a consumer society. Joe Rogan makes $100 million per year, why? Because he’s brilliant? No. Because 50 million people listen to his podcast. That’s 50 million potential consumers. 50 million customers who companies around the world want to get access to in order to sell their products. Rogan gets paid millions for that access. Data mining on social media platforms is all about selling product to consumers.

Here’s a question, if you were selling a product, that is not a necessity, would you want your product advertised to 50 million Americans or 50 million people living in Africa? Americans. Not because Americans are inherently better but because Americans have more money and more disposable income. So, Americans will spend $30 on some gadget that looks cool but is unnecessary, while the Africans can’t and won’t. So, if in your pursuit to increase your profit margin, you eliminate all of your human workers and dump them on welfare, you are also eliminating your consumer because the employee who used to make $90,000 per year and buy useless consumer goods, will now be receiving $25,000 in UBI per year from the government and can no longer afford those products. No one will have money to purchase anything other than necessities.

Henry Ford did not give his workers the weekends off and a livable wage because he was a good guy, he did that because he knew that rested workers were more productive and that giving his workers a better wage made them better customers to purchase goods and stimulate the economy. A company creating a product which will throw 90% of the work force into poverty, will only serve to destroy the company in the end.

For a group of people who pride themselves as being such forward thinkers, these big tech oligarchs have not thought this new and changing business model through. They are only seeing one inch in front of their noses which is the bottom-line benefit of replacing human workers with machines right now. They say that robots and AI don’t get sick, don’t take a salary, don’t need benefits, and can work 24/7, but they also don’t buy useless garbage off of Amazon, nor will they be spending hundreds of dollars every month on streaming services and mindless apps. So, much of that big tech revenue will disappear when the ability of the human consumers to purchase products en masse disappears.

The entire economy will collapse. Most of the things that are purchased in the American economy are impulse buys, comfort buys, pleasure buys, they are not necessities. What will happen to Starbucks when there is no more disposable income to spend $7.00 on a cup of coffee that can be made at home for $0.50? The airline industry, entertainment industry, streaming, travel, vacations – any industry that produces anything but the necessities, will implode. Any industry whose products are purchased with disposable income will disappear when disposable income disappears. And the advertising dollar which is driving the explosion of wealth in the tech industries will also disappear.

Has Elon Musk asked the question that since most of the funding for Space X comes from massive government contracts, what will happen when 90% of the workforce is thrown out of their job and they are no longer taxpayers, and they become tax recipients? Where will all the tax dollars come from for the government to pay the tens of billions of dollars in Space X’s contract? Has he asked how many welfare recipients other than the Somalis in Minnesota, drive luxury cars like a Tesla? When these tech oligarchs destroy the American worker, they are destroying the American consumer and destroying the American economy which made them hundreds of billions of dollars in the first place.

What will happen when the majority of the United States GDP comes from AI and data centers, and not from people? Will the government still have the incentive to invest the tax dollars into the educating people and developing human resources when they are no longer getting a GDP return on that investment, or will the government put the lion’s share of tax dollars into data centers?

The problem is that most of these people who are making AI and robots, are so smart that they think more like a computer than a human. They are more machine than human and that’s where their blind spot lies. They do not understand humanity. They think that humans are going to respond to their prompts like their AI systems. They think we will simply do as we are told – ‘thank you sir, may I have another’. But that’s not humanity. And one day, these big tech oligarchs are going to peer out of a window in their sprawling mansions, and there will be tens of thousands of people in the street in front of their homes with torches and knives and guns preparing to storm their mansions because an AI system or a robot that the tech oligarch created took their jobs. And these oligarchs will not be able to hit the delete button to make them stop.

Billionaire CEO of OpenAI, Sam Altman has said, “we see a future where intelligence is a utility, like energy or water, and people buy it from us on a meter.” He also said, “people talk about how much energy it takes to train an AI model … But it also takes a lot of energy to train a human. It takes like 20 years of life and all of the food you eat during that time before you get smart.” And their it is. People like Sam Altman do not see the inherent value of human life. He values people based solely on what they can do and produce. This is a devaluing of humans, a devaluing of humanity. When Elon Musk warned Sam Altman of the dangers of AI replacing humans, Altman called Musk a speciesist – someone who values humans above non-humans. Altman has no problem with eliminating the human race if they cannot perform and produce at the levels of AI and robots. These people value intelligence so much, that they are willing to sacrifice humanity as a whole to achieve this ultimate intelligence. But what will be gained, if all is destroyed in the process?

In Douglas Adams brilliant and hilarious novel, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, pan-dimensional beings create a gigantic super computer named Deep Thought, designed to find the answer to “the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything”. A quest that people like Sam Altman seems to be on today. Deep Thought spends 7.5 million years of processing the question, and then reveals the answer: 42.

We are embarking on this fool’s errand. This AI arms race is truly a Quixotic quest, searching for this super artificial intelligence, believing it will give us the answers to all of our problems, but the answer that we will get will be the equivalent of, 42. It’s not going to give us an answer to the problems of the world that are any different than ones we already know.

On the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said, “do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” If you truly understand and embrace this, that is the answer to many of the problems in the world.

Physics is driving this AI revolution. It is a complete takeover of the physical world. A constant pursuit of more and more power and control over the physical world. We, as a species, have become all in on the physical and completely suppressing the spiritual, and this is the end result – nihilism, complete destruction of the world and of ourselves. The takeover by the solely physical beings, and the annihilation of the spiritual within us. But eventually the snake will eat itself.

Does Sam Altman understand that the true uniqueness and value of human beings does not lie in how well the human body performs or how fast and accurate the human brain computes, but in their humanity itself. The part of human beings that the physical world cannot touch, replace or replicate with machines - the spirit, the soul. The human soul is the greatest creation and the very thing that these billionaire tech moguls are intent on destroying. That is why Jesus values the soul so much, and rejects the flesh. In the Gospel of John, Jesus tells Nicodemus, “no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.” It signifies a spiritual rebirth which trumps our physical birth, granting us new eternal life and entry into God’s kingdom.

The problem with the world isn’t that we are not smart enough or that we don’t have enough knowledge or intelligence. We think we will find the answers only in the physical and not the spiritual. We are looking in the wrong place. We’re looking for some sort of universal answer that will come from AI that will solve all the problems in the world, but the problem with the world is we lack morality. We have become solely creatures of the flesh. There’s too much hatred, too much greed, too much selfishness, too much pursuit of pleasure; we have devalued human life to the extent that we are killing millions of babies every year, and we have parades celebrating it, and smartest people defend it. It is easy to devalue human life when we only see ourselves as creatures of the flesh. That is why Sam Altman has devalued human life this extent. The problems in the world are all a lack of morality. They are all spiritual crimes.

We, as humans, have enough knowledge to live with each other in peace and prosperity, but we don’t; we chose not to. There is no universal answer to fix the problems in the world at the end of the right query to a super AI machine. We have the answers to the test, but we refuse to write them down. Sam Altman is a billionaire, but that is not enough for him; he needs more, and he will destroy the entire human race in pursuit of that more which will never be enough, and that is the ultimate problem in the world because that plays itself out, large and small, a billion times a day across the globe, because even everything is never enough to too many people. Adam and Eve were given paradise, and that was not enough. And that is why we are where we are today.
